Novi Precision Products was incorporated in Novi, MI. The company was started to do overflow work for Commerce Industries.
	Novi Precision moved to a larger facility in Wixom, MI. Here they started to build small equipment and continued to do overflow work.
	Moved to Brighton, MI into a 16,000 sq ft. building. The company continued to expand into new product lines including assembly and gaging equipment.
	Purchased a 2nd building in Brighton giving Novi Precision a total of of over 32,000 sq ft.
	Novi Precision Products purchased Summit Products and Freeland Gage. This acquisition allowed Novi Precision Products to grow its offerings and build leak test equipment and cut off saws.
	Novi Precision built a brand new facility in Brighton, MI consisting of 36,000 sq ft and moved all of their operations to this new facility. This facility is where we currently reside today.
	New Ownership started purchasing shares of Novi Precision Products.
	New Ownership took over complete control of Novi Precision Products.
	Novi Precision Products started doing complete turn keys, integration, and building more advanced automation equipment.
	Novi Precision Products diversified its customer base from Automotive and added solar, diesel components, and large and small engine manufacturers.
	Novi Precision Products created a Metal Removal Division hiring multiple personnel from Ann Arbor Machine. Novi Precision also created a company philosophy called the “Pursuit of Perfection.”
